whats the 4th ISO about in FC2 ?

I installed FC2T1 and later FC2T2 from a fresh install. The 4th CD was 
never required for any installation that I did for either test version. 
I downloaded them both times and it seems that it is just an overflow 
for the size the installation has grown to. Looking briefly at the the 
RPMs on the disk, I did not notice anything other than a few development 
programs and a few not o much used by me programs.

I wouldn't try to do an installation one disk short. But this was an 
additional ISO to download. I did not actually have to use the extra 
stuff on it.
