Looking for a tool to configure Adaptec 3200s

I believe the software RAID tools you speak of are the kernel level software RAID tools, and not that which would control the Adaptec hardware.  I would certainly hope to be wrong here.

Hmmm... I've got a 2200S, so that will mean that I'll have the same
problem. I have noticed when I installed RH Ent3WS on may raid 1 system,
and it also installed some software raid utilities. Maybe one can use
them to do the job. (Can't check that out at the moment, as my
controller played up and I'm waiting on a replacement.)
