Using 2.4 Kernel instead of 2.6

Yeah me too. The mouse is not working now. I've set the Mouse0 in
/etc/X11/xorg.conf to point to /dev/input/mouse and /dev/mouse but now X
is failing to start.

I have the same problem--the mouse doesn't work under kernel 2.4. Are
