Add the Livna Repository to /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources:
yum livna-stable-fc2 http://rpm.livna.org/fedora/2/i386/yum/stable/

Get the Livna GPG-key:
# rpm --import http://rpm.livna.org/RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY

Run:
# up2date xmms-mp3

That'll do it.
