I can see on the page: http://rpm.livna.org/livna-switcher.html

You can also use this tool manually if you want to temporarily switch back to
the XFree86 driver without uninstalling the Nvidia driver. Just run
"/usr/sbin/nvidia-config-xfree86 disable" to revert back to the XFree86 driver.
The effects of running with the "enable" argument is left as an exercise to the
reader. :-)

I can read in the script /etc/rc.d/init.d/nvidia from package

# nvidia: Enable/Disable nvidia driver in XF86Config
# chkconfig: 2345 98 02
# description: This script will check if the nvidia kernel module is present \
# for the running kernel modify the XF86Config to the 'best' config
# processname: nvidia

# Source function library.
. /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions

But where is this /usr/sbin/nvidia-config-xfree86 program? I can't find it
nowhere in my machine...

so the use of nvidia drivers is impossible!!!

Aug 22 01:15:03 totoche nvidia: Checking for nvidia kernel module succeeded
Aug 22 01:15:03 totoche nvidia-config-xfree86: execvp: Aucun fichier ou
répertoire de ce type
Aug 22 01:15:03 totoche nvidia: Enabling nvidia driver failed

I asked yum to install kernel-nvidia drivers and it did it installing also
nvidia-glx-1.0.6106-0.lvn.4.1 package in order to satisfy the dependancies...
but the /usr/sbin/nvidia-config-xfree86 is missing: where do I find it??

Thank you.
