I've been thinking of a procmail filter so
a) I don't have to think about it
b) I'm equally polite (or not) to all.
c) Importantly, I don't miss any.

there is a practical reason for me complaining, and for people heeding my 
warning: with the default kmail settings is jolly difficult to read.
