[Slight OT] Laptop + support for Hot-Swap CDrom

Guys,
	Wondering if there's support for hot-swapping for a laptop
s Modular Bay. eg: CD-Rom, battery (this works), Modular Bay Hard Drive.

I tried putting in the cdrom after boot-up and it won't recognise it.

Has anyone any similiar stories or workaround etc..??
