Not that I know of, but you can make your own.  Download all the
.i386.rpm and .noarch.rpm (you can leave out the i18n stuff if you don't
need multiple languages) to a directory on your machine, and then run:

yum-arch /path/to/downloaded/rpms

That will build a local yum repository, which you can then add to
yum.conf like so:

# Local KDE 3.2
[kde32]
name=Local KDE 3.2
baseurl=file:///path/to/kde32

Worked great for me!  Have done this on both machines with no KDE
installed, and machines with KDE 3.1.x from FC1, and 3.2 installed
easily on both.
