libcom_err.so.3

Hi,

I've tried to update balsa with the rpm that balsa.org offers, but it
seems to have several dependencies, one of wich is libcom_err.so.3,
which isn't in the Operating System.

But it seems that libcom_err.so.3 belong to a package name krb5, wich
isn't supported in Fedora. 

So, how can I install such dependency, if the package in which it comes
isn't installable in Fedora?
