It wasn't a boot message. I was just trying to burn a
CD-ROM in 2.6.  K3B would not burn because it couldn't
find a drive.  

I guess thats the limitation of the version of cdrdao
I have, and another Post.

Thanks again for the info, I googled, and couldn't
find much.
