I would just go to the Nvidia website and download the 1.0-5336 (They
fixed the GCC issue with these drivers) driver from there. And install
them. I just finished the kernel update about 10-15 minutes ago, and
re-ran the Nvidia install script for these drivers and they installed
like a charm.
And I run a Nvidia GeForce FX 5900 Ultra, and all is working very well.
