Kernel update

Better check that 2166 kernel update for athlon. I downloaded and installed
it only to find out it was the i686 kernel. Updated through yum. I checked
logs and such, yum downloaded and installed the kernel marked as athlon, but
it was i686. I also checked the .config file. All shows i686. Can anyone
else confirm this?

Thanks
Scott S

rpm -ivh kernel-2.4.22-1.2166.nptl.athlon.rpm
(i.e. if you have an Athlon system)

It's easier in the future if you use up2date or yum to run updates.
