KDE 3.2

Hi,

I've sucessfully installed KDE 3.2 in my machine, and for the moment, no bugs. 
I was wonderind if there is any package in KDE 3.2, besides Korn, that checks 
for new emails! Is KDE only in english? How do I set it up the any other 
language?
