Fedora.

EL WS3 has proved to be crippled in my experience.   RedHat's refusal to
ship many *-devel*.rpms and the lack of 3rd party repositories makes it
useless outside of a tightly controlled corporate environment.  Use
Fedora, spread the word, and be happy.
