It's the same format as ssh_config, so "man ssh_config" will help. For
example:
Host example
HostName my.ssh.server.com
RSAAuthentication yes
IdentityFile ~/.ssh/ssh_key
Protocol 2
ForwardX11 yes
Localforward 5904 localhost:5900
