Missing module for USB product 5e3/702/113..

Hi,

I was trying to load my USB 2.0  HDD enclosure , and got an error in the
/var/log/messages : No modules for USB product 5e3/702/113 as reported by
hotplug.
Research shows that USB product 5e3/702/113 refers to the Genesys USB 2.0
device.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?  Thanks
