installing xmms-mp3 fails due to dependency issues

Read the livna.org site a little more closely and you'd see that to use 
their repository also requires you to use the fedora.us repository 
(which contains many of the prerequisites for their packages).

http://rpm.livna.org/ has this as a prominant top-of-page notice, along 
with detailed instructions.
