grub and windows XP

Just put Grub back in the master boot record.  I have XP, FC1, and BEOS 
all booting from this same pc.  I use grub and have reinstalled it to 
the MBR.  XP doesn't overwrite the MBR except on bootup. 
info grub
while in linux.  use a linux boot disk to get there or something.
