Disabling IPv6

Hi Alexander

I am a little bit confused...
I have IPV6INIT=no in etc/sysconfig/networking-scrips/ifcfg-ethx (where 
x maybe 1 or two having two cards and not in any other places .
Is IpV6 disabled???
