By default, FC2 sets up the display of webalizer stats via the file
/etc/httpd/conf.d/webalizer.conf

That file aliases /usage on your webserver to the local directory
/var/www/usage.  If you hadn't changed the output directory in
webalizer, that would work fine.  Since you did change it, either
change it back to /var/www/usage, or comment out the alias line in
webalizer.conf.

If you're getting access denied messages when you try to access the
logs over the network, take a look at the bottom of the webalizer.conf
file to see how you can grant access for remote users to view your
usage stats.
