I have problems for install this program (amsn-0.90-1.i386.rpm)

 rpm -Uvh amsn-0.90-1.i386.rpm
error: open of amsn-0.90-1.i386.rpm failed: No existe el fichero o el directorio[root at dc86d8776 malandro]# cd ..
[root at dc86d8776 ricardo]#  rpm -Uvh amsn-0.90-1.i386.rpm
Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
        package amsn-0.90-1 is already installed
it says is all eady isntalled but I don`t see it any where 

what can i do?
please some help
