Nvidia drivers and FC2

Hi, i upgraded to FC2 and kernel-2.6.6-1.435smp, then i installed 
nvidia-6106 drivers.
It compiles fine, warns as previously written for conflict with rivafb. 
Launching of X seems ok, the Nvidia logo appears, but the X server tries 
to launch more than once and makes me become epileptic... the only way i 
found to escape from this issue is to login in console mode then launch 
startx to have an effective X display...

Anyone got this issue? What must i do to have X launching just once and 
not trying every display it can?
