Doh! What a nugget! you wouldn't believe how long I've envied peoples custom 
replies. I thought you'd have to edit the base file or something like you can 
do under the system who's name cannot be mention and the answer was in my 
face all the time! I am now looking for something suitably heavy to strike 
myself with.
