Howto create FC2 DVD from CDROMs ?

Yesterday, I downloaded the DVD file which stated that it was 3.99 GB. After
a supposedly successful downloading, it was only about 75MB. Not sure why
and I have not loaded it to a DVD yet to see if it works.

   I have obtained the 4 Binary + 1 rescue CD of FC2
from a friend of mine. Is it possible to compile an
Installation DVD from the multiple CD's of FC2. I will
not be able to download the large DVD image from the
site over my dialup connection.

Does this hold good for FC2  as well.  If so can I
include the rescue CD also into the compilation.
