Try again. And this time, move your mouse pointer to the top right of 
the gftp window, where you will see a drop-down menu with "FTP" in it. 
Change that to read "FTPS", and try to connect. As you have indicated, 
SFTP has failed, so I suspect ATT might be using FTPS.
