The bare minimum you'd need is:

httpd
php
php-mysql
mysql
mysql-server

So you seem to be fine.

Well they are already installed. Go to

Applications -> System Settings -> Server Settings -> Services

to switch on httpd and mysqld and to make sure they are enabled each
time you boot. Very simple configuration of httpd should be available
via:

Applications -> System Settings -> Server Settings -> HTTPD

but currently in FC2 that tools is broken, and will refuse to write its
contents to your httpd.conf file.

Learning to configure Apache, MySQL, and PHP is probably a little bit
beyond the scope of this list (although others may disagree). I'd
recommend you buy some books and read up on them.
