Amanda backup via smbclient & exclude lists

According to the docs, that the exclude option is ignored when backing 
up samba hosts, but I'm getting this error when I run amcheck:

ERROR: localhost: [samba does not support exclude list]

I'm adjusting my amanda.conf so that the exclude doesn't show up in my 
samba dumptype for now to get it working, but I'd like to get this 
problem fixed right.

What is the procedure to reporting bugs for fedora?
