RedCarpet always fails :(

Hi,

Iinstalledthe Red Carpet packages and was as enthusiastic as everyone. 
But the thing is, if I try to do anything but update the channels or 
remove a package I always get the same error:

Download Failed:
File not found
(http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/linux/fedora/fedora/fedora/2/i386/RPMS.stable/gpa-0.7.0-0.fdr.2.2.i386.rpm)

It makes nodifference what I do, it always fails because the file I need 
is not found.
