You need to use system-config-nfs to setup the nfs shared directory.  then run 
chkconfig on nfs 
service nfs start

then on your clients  run 
mount -t nfs <server ip>:/dir/exported  /mount/here

or to create a permenant mount  add an entry to /etc/fstab 
<server ip>:/dir/exported /mount/here nfs sync,users,rw 0 0
