Oracle 9i2 and Fedora Core 2

Hi,
I have a a problem when I launch the installation program runInstaller :
[chris at localhost linux]$ ./runInstaller

Unable to load native library:
/tmp/OraInstall2004-07-20_11-13-47AM/jre/lib/i386/libjava.so: symbol
__libc_wait, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link
time reference

I have installed the compat-libstdc++ rpm, 
and i try :
[chris at localhost linux]$ export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1

I can't find the problem,
If anyone have a solution...
