Rhgb freezes

That are a lot of USB host controllers.
The NIC and the NVidia use different IRQs.

Check that in your motherboard BIOS you did not set "PnP OS = yes". Set
it always to no. Maybe boot with kernel parameter "acpi=off". If nothing
helps just boot without rhgb. Didn't heard of a conflict between the
vesafb and NIC modules.
