sendmail user name and password authentication

You didn't increase the log level from default value 9 to 15 as I told
you to do! :(

No no no. You misunderstood a many things. Every domain you put in
relay-domains file does not need any authentication for relaying. That
is the reason and task of that specific file. But though you would be
able to authenticate.
