can the Linux box ping the router?
also - where does this entry in your routing table come from?
dhcp * 255.255.255.255 UH 0 0 0 eth0
I think that needs to be removed
other than that...I would not have each client obtain the time from nist.gov - if you want the clients to sync to a time server, set up time services on this machine and have them sync with that machine.
also, netbios-name-servers shouldn't point to the router should it?
