OT: Anyone managed to install Gentoo Under VMware (in FC2)?

Not that I'm really into gentoo, but have you tried booting in your
VMware from a rescue CD and then create a single partition before you
install gentoo? Don't know if fdisk will just initialize a disk...

Just a best guess
