Can see smb, but can't use it ......

There is no "smb" command. If you're trying to run the client, it's
"smbclient".  See man samba or man smbclient.

If smbclient is not installed, use "up2date samba-client".

To start the server:

chkconfig --list smb
chkconfig --level 345 smb on
/sbin/service smb start

Then, make sure you edit /etc/samba/smb.conf or use SWAT to configure and
secure it.
