ntp synchronisation failed

It is not unusual fot ntp to fail at bootup this is fine as long as the
daemon is running since it will retry at random intervals (0-16 seconds)
until it gets a reply. 
This is normal operation since the server might be flooded with requests
(I.E. UDP).
