Force Nautilus to refresh thumbnails (was Re: Video thumbnails gone -- how to regenerate?)

Bugzilla "me too" done. I've noted a few changes to 
totem-video-thumbnailer code in Totem's changelog. But I'm not a coder, 
so it won't be clear to me if those changes were what caused the failure 
or simply something missing in packaging. =)
