Problems with X - help request

I followed the other suggestion to log as "root" in the machine, then did
"xhost my.ip.numer" , then log out, and login as normal user (davila)...
my "nedit" and "synaptic" are working fine with the normal user (davila) I
logged into the machine, now, after following your suggestions (Xhost +
tryps and  setting DISPLAY) and switching to the user oracle with "su -
oracle", the user "oracle" cannot load "nedit", the ".xsession-errors"
file of the "oracle"user is:

[oracle at tryps oracle]$ more .xsession-errors

Now what ?

Sorry for this newbie questions, but I confess I am a bit confused with
this configuration since I dont understand in what moment I got the
problem..
