Ah, you mean the search function isn't working.  So:

a) Open a months archive and search the subject lines (usually ctrl-f)
b) Use the gmane.org search (group name gmane.linux.redhat.fedora.general)
c) Use the MARC search (http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=fedora-list&r=1&w=2)
d) Use Google.
