Something is wrong

i have constant 240.8 FPS when running gears maximized on 1024x768 24bit 
depth with 5336 driver (i didn't run gears with my previously driver, so 
i don't know if this is normal framerate)

i have:

Athlon XP 1700+
512MB DDR RAM
GeForce4 MX440 64MB RAM
