FC1: how to increase the size of /usr filesystem

This is the only procedure I know if you aren't using LVM.

1) dump the fs to tape
2) boot in rescue mode
3) fdisk to increase the partition size mkfs to rebuild the fs and its super 
blocks
4) restore
5) normal reboot
