ADSL problem...

Hello  
I have a PC with three NIC, two of those which are connected to two
ADSL. The problem is that when an it is connected, the other one
doesn't connect it. In another Pc with RedHat 8 don't have that
problem. 

That it can be happening and howto I can solve the problem?
