Search "google.com" for "fedora identd".  Ahem... go to the _first_
entry.

Just install the RPM.  Tweakables are in "/etc/identd.conf".  Look in
"/usr/share/doc/pidentd-<version>" for inspiration.

Or have you tried all this and nothing helped?
