several samba and named problems

Did you check your named configuration if you have defined there
anywhere this IP? Did you define that as listen IP?

Limiting access to the samba shares through smb.conf only affects TCP.
The UDP ports are still open if you do not close them using iptables.
There might be numerous viri/worms for Windows[tm] targets trying to
invade your system.

Samba is dieing with SIG 11. Do you have additional problems with other
programs/services as well? Then check your RAM.
