425 Security : bad IP connecting

I have two linux boxes and one laptop running winXP.  One Linux Box has 
VSFTP on it.
I get the subject message when I try to access my ftp server from the 
other linux box.  But I can access it from my laptop without problem.

What would be the medication for that??
