Apple Cinema Display on Fedora Core 1?

its the widescreen (office has both 20" and 23").  funny thing...i 
looked all over the monitor to try to find a name and/or model number.  
i finally went to apple's website and clicked on their monitors.  all i 
saw was "Apple Cinema Display"...i didn't even know they didn't make it 
in an aspect other than 16:9.

btw, does this make a difference (as it pertains to Will's advice)?
