Fedora support etiquette, need suggestions

I offer these two suggestions for consideration:

1. The correct person to answer a newbie question is the one who last 
asked the question. This accomplishes at least three things: 1. It 
reinforces the information for the last-asker. 2. It gets the last-asker 
involved in helping out on the mailing list. 3. It frees up the gurus 
for more complex questions.

2. If you don't like a question, don't answer it. If you post an angry 
reply, you are guaranteed to piss off at least two people, you and the 
person who asked the question. And chances are, you'll piss off a lot 
more than two people.
