FC1 /sbin/restore program "segment Fault"

Hi,

  Anyone encounter the following problem?  the /sbin/restore program on FC1 failed with "segment Fault" error when trying to restore data from a >2G dump file. But RH8.0's restore works just good and sound. both restore programs are statically linked. I even go further to recompile the dump pakage, which contains /sbin/restore program, on FC1 machine, but it still fails. Please help.
