ATI Problem

I try to attach tv-out cable on ATI9200.
I'll see something on my tv.
I'll try with ATI module, and with Mesa.
Both works but works only in text mode, when i'll go in X mode, the TV
appears only noise.
But it's the problem.

But now, when i start the computer with TV cable pugged in, on the
screen, with X the image is too light.
When i start without tv cable the image is normaly.
Only in X mode, in text mode the monitor work correctly.

Where i can move the setting?
