You don't need to make a new vnc screen everytime.
Just connect back to the screen you have created last
time.

vnc screen start from screen:1. On your vnc client you
connect to your_fedora_hostname:1 this should just bring
you to the first screen you have created.

P.S. you probably want to connects to localhost:1 if you
have ssh tunneled your connection.
